Saw this post and decided to make one. 1/8" top with tapered holes, 1/8" wall all around with a few posts . Next time I would notch the wall and add a few T walls in between the holes in a few places. Metric on right, foot and finger on left. PETG
I modeled and printed these for ER16 and ER32 in CPE about 5 years ago. They've held up well. If I were to print them again, I'd do so in PLA.

ABS, PETG, and PLA can work for your collet racks, but material longevity depends on oil contact. Consider higher infill percentages, especially with PETG, for durability. Experiment with settings and monitor for any signs of degradation over time.
